Bring identification with you each time you visit. Identification is require for picking up bottles and receiving member benefits. Wine Club members receive 1 complimentary glass for themselves, plus 1 additional $5 glass for a non- member guest.
Wine club members do not qualify as the other $5 guest. Unused complimentary tastings do not roll over. Not all wines are available for complimentary tasting or $5 glass. Complimentary tastings may not be available when restaurant is closed for private events. Members can change their account by contacting the winery directly, wineclub@ranchocapwinery.com. Club memberships may be cancelled or put on hold at anytime with a written notice after 3 club releases. Cancellations prior to 3 months of membership are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be emailed to wineclub@ranchocapwinery.com 48 hours prior to processing the wine club shipment that we run on the first of every month. No refunds will be given if notice is not given prior to processing. Upon cancellation, member has 60 days from the first day of the month they cancel to pick up any remaining wine shipments. Any unclaimed wines remaining after the 60 days will be graciously donated. Monthly wine allocations must be collected within the same calendar year. Any unclaimed wine remaining after the calendar year's end will be graciously donated.
Member's will be charged on the day they sign up. After initial sign up, pick-up club is billed monthly on the 1st of each month at corresponding club rate plus tax.
Membership is for ONE person. If you would like to be added to the family plan for an addional $30, please email a picture of both ID's (addresses must match) along with the other guests email address. This addional fee will give access to complimentary wine and discounts. This does not include extra monlthy bottles of wine. Both members on the account will have access to pick up the monthly wine.
